Please read these terms before booking interview coaching with Cloud Ninja Tech.
Agreement
By accessing cloudninjatech.digital or booking coaching with Cloud Ninja Tech, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase sessions.
Services
We provide employment consulting focused on interview coaching for sales and account-management roles. Descriptions on this site explain typical scope; the confirmation email or written booking note for your engagement defines the sessions you purchased.
Bookings and communication
Session times are confirmed in writing. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and for joining video calls with a stable connection and a reasonably quiet environment.
Intellectual property
Site content, worksheets, and written feedback we produce remain our intellectual property. You may use feedback and notes for your personal job search. You may not resell, republish, or present our materials as your own training product.
Client materials
You retain ownership of your CV and other documents you share. You grant us permission to use them solely to deliver the booked coaching.
Liability
We coach interview performance; we do not guarantee employment, interview outcomes, or salary levels. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cloud Ninja Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or coaching. Our total liability for a booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit unlawful or abusive content through forms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in the competent jurisdiction for Bönnigheim, Baden-Württemberg, shall have venue where permitted by law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
Changes
We may update these terms periodically. The version published on this page applies to new bookings after the update date.
