Prep path

How coaching usually unfolds from first email to final mock

A transparent path for candidates who want to know what happens before they book the sales interview intensive or a shorter clinic.

  1. Share the live process

You send the job ad, target role, interview dates if known, and whether panels are German, English, or mixed. We confirm whether an intensive, panel prep, or a single mock fits better.

  2. Map the commercial stories

Before the first deep session we identify the deals, accounts, and misses you are willing to discuss. Gaps get honest framing — not invented metrics.

  3. Rehearse under panel pressure

Mocks interrupt you mid-answer, ask for numbers, and switch between hiring-manager and peer styles. Feedback is specific: where you drifted into activity talk, where you rushed the close.

  4. Prepare the stages after the first interview

Case rounds, trial days, and offer talks get their own short plans so you are not improvising notice-period language on a Friday evening call.
