Data we collect

• Contact details you submit via forms (name, email, message, role interest, preferred timing)
• Booking and session administration details
• Technical data such as browser type and approximate server logs needed to operate the site
• Cookie preferences stored locally in your browser (see our cookies policy)

We do not ask for sensitive special-category data through the public contact form. Please avoid sending health information, national identification numbers, or full bank details by email unless we expressly request a secure channel.

• Responding to enquiries and delivering coaching — performance of a contract or steps prior to contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Operating and securing the website — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
• Optional analytics cookies — consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you accept non-essential cookies

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer retention is required for an active engagement or legal obligation. Coaching notes related to a paid engagement are retained up to 36 months after the last session, then deleted or anonymised where feasible. Server logs are rotated on a shorter technical cycle.

Recipients

We use infrastructure providers to host the site and email. They process data under instructions and applicable data-protection agreements. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

If a provider stores data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with a German supervisory authority.

Children

Our services are directed at adults seeking employment coaching. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
