Refund and Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid interview coaching and related employment consulting sessions booked with Cloud Ninja Tech, including intensives, panel prep, CV alignment, offer clinics, and single mock interviews.

Eligibility for refunds

• Full refund: Cancel in writing at least 5 business days before the first scheduled session and before any substantial document review has begun.
• Partial refund (50%): Cancel between 5 and 2 business days before the first session, or after limited preparatory review has started but before the first live session.
• No refund: Cancellations within 2 business days of a session, no-shows, or sessions already delivered.

Deposits

Some packages may require a deposit to reserve dates. Deposits are credited toward the package fee. Deposits become non-refundable once preparatory review of your CV and job materials has started, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session once without fee if you give at least 2 business days’ notice. Later reschedules or repeated changes may be billed as a new single session. We will offer alternative times in good faith when illness or emergency arises; documentation may be requested for same-week changes.

Work already started

Written feedback, annotated CV comments, and completed mock sessions are considered delivered work and are non-refundable. Unused future sessions in a package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancellation meets the partial-refund window above.

Materials

We do not sell physical goods. Digital notes prepared for you remain available for your personal use after payment; their delivery does not create a separate product return right beyond this policy.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Exceptions

If we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative within a reasonable time, you may choose a full refund for the unused portion. Mandatory rights under German consumer law remain unaffected where they apply.
